二维及彩色多普勒超声诊断乳腺肿块的价值

目的探讨二维及彩色多普勒超声对乳腺肿块的诊断价值。方法应用二维及彩色多普勒超声,诊断乳腺肿块80例,良性肿块52例,恶性肿块28例,所有病例均经临床、手术及病理证实。结果二维及彩色多普勒超声对乳腺肿块及良、恶性诊断准确率分别为90.0%、90.4%、89.3%,肿块的显示率为100%。结论超声诊断乳腺肿块应以二维声像图为基础,密切观察肿块的血流信号,同时结合临床病史资料,具有较高的诊断价值。

Diagnostic value of two dimensional echocardiography, color Doppler in breast masses

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of two dimensional echocardiography color Dopper flow imaging(CDFI)in breast masses.Methods The80cases with breast masses,52cases of benign and28cases of malignant ,received two dimensional echocardiography CDFI ,and the results were confirmed by clinic,operations and pathology.Results The diagnosis accurate rate of breast masses,benign and malignant was respectively90.0%,90.4%,89.3%with two dimensional echocardiography CDFI .The visualization rate of masses was100.0%.Conclusion Diagnosing breast masses with ultrasonography should be carefully observing blood information in the masses on the basis of two dimensional echocardiography,and combine with clinical medical history and data,which just has an important clinical value in diagnosis of breast masses.
