我院抗菌药物分线前后应用情况对比分析

目的:对比分析我院抗菌药物分线前后的应用情况,为抗菌药物合理应用和宏观管理提供参考。方法:利用“军卫一号”工程在线信息、“医院药品综合管理系统”、“自动监控抗生素合理应用系统”,对我院2005年1～6月和2006年1～6月抗菌药物应用例数、品种、数量、销售金额等进行统计、分析。结果:采取分线应用后,抗菌药物用药结构发生了较大改变,以头孢菌素类、青霉素类、喹诺酮类为主,三线用药消耗构成较前一年同期下降41.04%,应用率及三联用药比率分别为75%和22%,较前一年同期下降4%和7%。结论:我院抗菌药物应用及三联用药率较高,存在不合理应用现象,应加强管理。

Comparative Analysis of Antibacterials Use Before and After Classified Management

OBJECTIVE:To study the use of antibacterials in our hospital through a comparative analysis of the usage before and after classified management,and to provide reference for macro-control over the rational use of antibacterials.MET-HODS:Our hospital’s use of antibacterials in the two periods of Jan-Jun 2005 and Jan-Jun 2006 was audited and analyzed by adoption of the “No.1 Military Medical Project” hospital information system,hospital drug management system and automatic monitoring system for rational use of antibiotics.The analysis covered case number,variety,quantity and sales value.RESUL- TS:A major change in antibacterials consumption structure was seen after classified management.Cephalosporins,penicillins and quinolones took the lead places.Compared with prior year’s corresponding period,the third-line agents fell 41.04% in proportion of total drug consumption,reporting 75% and 22% respectively in usage rate and use ratio of triple combinations,down 4% and 7%.CONCLUSIONS:Antibacterials use and the use ratio of triple combinations in our hospitals tend to be high,indicating existence of improper use of antibacterials.Administration of antibacterials use in our hospital ought to be strengthened.
