| 摘 要： | 目的研究咪达唑仑、芬太尼复合丙泊酚在人流术中的应用。方法将120例早孕妇女随机分成两组,每组60例,A组丙泊酚与芬太尼混合后同时推注,B组咪达唑仑复合芬太尼超前推注,术中用丙泊酚调节麻醉深度。分别观察两组的麻醉效果、血氧饱和度（SPO2）、脉搏、呼吸（RR）变化、苏醒时间、丙泊酚的用量。结果B组麻醉效果优于A组（P〈0.05）,苏醒时间和丙泊酚用量均小于A组（P〈0.05）。结论超前推注咪达唑仑、芬太尼复合丙泊酚麻醉效果好？苏醒快？更经济,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effects of midazolam and fentanyl combined with Propofol on induced abortion.Methods 120 cases of early pregnant women were randomly divided into two groups,each with 60 cases.Group A recieved infusion of a mixture of propofol and fentanyl at the same time.Group B recieved early injection of a mixture of midazolam and fentanyl and then propofol for regulation of anesthesic depth.Observe the analgesic effects,SPO2,pulse,RR,recovery time,anesthesia effect of the two groups,respectively.... |
