产后子宫按摩对预防产后出血的效果观察

目的：探讨产后子宫按摩对预防产后出血的影响效果。方法：选取2013年2~10月顺产的产妇400例,随机分为两组其中,对照组200例,观察组200例,对照组产妇胎儿娩出后常规注射催产素,观察组产妇在对照组基础上加行子宫按摩。对两组产妇产后出血情况进行统计和观察。结果：观察组产后出血率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异明显,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对顺产产妇实施子宫按摩能有效预防产后出血。

To observe the effect of postpartum uterine massage in prevention of postpartum hemorrhage

Objective：To investigate the massage effect on prevention of postpartum hemorrhage postpartum uterus.
