| 摘 要： | 目的:总结急性酒精中毒并脑血管意外的发病规律及院前急救体会。方法:回顾性分析2006年8月至2007年8月我院急性酒精中毒并脑血管意外21例的临床资料。结果:基本痊愈5例,显著进步8例,进步4例,死亡5例,均死于中枢性呼吸、循环功能衰竭。结论:急性酒精中毒是脑血管意外的高危因素,且误诊、漏诊、死亡率高。

| Abstract: | Objective: To analyze the clinical onset rule of cerebrovascular accident resulting from acute alcoholism and to explore the experience of pre-hospital care. Method: The clinical data of 21 patients with cerebrovascular accident resulting from acute alcoholism from Aug,2006 to Aug,2007 were analyzed retrospectively.
