对护理大专生择业观的调查分析

摘    要:目的调查分析护理大专生择业观。方法对3届护理大专毕业生进行问卷调查,数据资料采用logistic回归分析。结果各种不良的择业观,即就业压力过大,实用主义、享乐主义、金钱至上等价值观以及过分看重职业的稳定等是影响护理大专生就业的主要因素。结论在教育教学过程中要注重引导学生树立正确的择业观,提高护理大专生的就业率。

Abstract:Objective To investigate and analyze the views of job-hunting in junior college nursing students.Method The junior college nursing students graduated in the recent three years were investigated by questionnaires,the data was analyzed using logistic regression analysis.Result The incorrect views in job-hunting,such as the value of pragmatism,gastronomy,money paramountcy and emphasizing a steady job,and the employment pressure were the main influencing factors to the unfavorable employment situation in junior college nursing students. Conclusion We should guide the students to establish the right views in job-hunting in the process of education and teaching and try to raise the employment rate of the junior college nursing graduates.
