Abstract:Service marketing activity is an indispensable product of an open up market competition,and it is an important problem that modern hospital managers must pay a special attention to.However,medical service marketing is not a kind of simple isolated activity,but a systematic and comprehensive activity involving medical technology,service attitudes and service environment,etc.Knight service is a base of carrying out medical service marketing.It is an important form of medical service marketing to give prominence to subjects advantages by media publicizing.
