摘    要:服务营销活动是一个开放的市场竞争的必然产物,是现代医院管理者必须认真对待的重要问题.然而,医疗服务营销不是一种孤立的简单活动,而是一个涉及医疗技术、服务态度和服务环境等许多方面的综合性的系统活动.优质的服务是开展医疗服务营销的基础.通过媒体宣传,突显学科优势,是医疗服务营销的重要形式.

Abstract:Service marketing activity is an indispensable product of an open up market competition,and it is an important problem that modern hospital managers must pay a special attention to.However,medical service marketing is not a kind of simple isolated activity,but a systematic and comprehensive activity involving medical technology,service attitudes and service environment,etc.Knight service is a base of carrying out medical service marketing.It is an important form of medical service marketing to give prominence to subjects advantages by media publicizing.
