| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨螺旋CT三维重建在颌面部骨折病例诊治中的应用。方法：对279例颌面部骨折病例行螺旋CT三维重建,分析骨折部位、范围及骨折段移位方式,从而为手术提供参考。结果：本组共279例,其中手术治疗253例,26例未行手术治疗（11例患者拒绝治疗,15例因骨折移位不明显、咬合关系良好、面形塌陷不明显而采取保守治疗）。通过螺旋CT三维成像,能够立体地显示骨折的部位、形态、骨折块移位特点和类型等三维空间信息。结论：螺旋CT三维重建在颌面部骨折诊断、手术入路及治疗中具有较好的参考价值。
