斜卧截石位对输尿管上段结石手术患者舒适度及碎石效果的影响

目的探讨斜卧截石位在经皮肾镜取石术中的应用效果。方法将我院230例经输尿管上段结石患者按术中体位的不同分为观察组120例和对照组110例，对照组采用俯卧位，观察组采用斜卧截石位，比较两组患者的舒适度及碎石效果。结果观察组体位安置后的心率、血压的变化显著小于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组中胸闷、呼吸困难的发生率、手术时间、术后疼痛评分显著少于对照组（P〈0．05）；两组碎石成功率无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论斜卧截石位可减少输尿管上段结石患者术中不适反应，提高舒适度和工作效率。

The effect of recumbent lithotomy position on comfort and gravel effects to the patients with upper ureteral calculus operation

Objective To investigate the application effects of recumbent lithotomy position in percutaneous nephrolithotomy, Methods A total of 230 patients with upper ureteral calculi in our hospital were divided into observation group （ 120 cases） and control group （110 cases）. The control group was given the prone position, the observation group was treated with supine lithotomy position, two groups were compared with comfort and the gravel effects. Results The changes of heart rate, blood pressure in the observation group were significantly smaller than those in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . the incidence rate of chest breathing difficulties, operation time, postoperative pain score in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Success rate of lithotripsy between two group was no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ） . Conclusions Supine lithotomy position can reduce discomfort in the upper ureteral calculi, improve patients＂ comfort and work efficiency.
