术前访视心理护理对眼科局麻患者心理、生理应激的影响

目的探讨术前访视心理护理在眼科局部麻醉患者中的应用。方法将80例眼科局部麻醉手术患者分为观察组和对照组各40例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上于术前访视中加强心理护理，比较两组患者心理、生理应激反应。结果观察组术前30min的焦虑、抑郁评分及心率、血压、NE、E浓度均显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论术前访视心理护理能够减轻眼科局麻手术患者心理、生理应激反应，有利于患者术后康复。

The influence of psychological nursing in preoperative interview on physiological and psychological stress response of patients with local anaesthesia in the department of ophthalmology

Objective To study the application effect of psychological nursing in preoperative interview in department of ophthalmology patients with local anesthesia. Methods Eighty patients with local anesthesia in department of ophthalmology were divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each group, the control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was strengthen psychological nursing care in preoperative interview, two groups were compared with psychological, physiological stress response. Results Anxiety, depression score, heart rate, blood pressure, norepinephrine （NE）, epinephrine （E） concentrations 30 rain before the operation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusions Psychological nursing in preoperative interview can relieve psychological, physiological stress response of local anesthesia operation patients in department of ophthalmology. It is conducive to the rehabilitation of postoperative patients.
