摘    要:【摘要】近年来,骨组织工程研究虽然取得了明显的进展,但仍存在许多问题尚未解决,其中之一便是缺少理想的具有骨诱导性的生物材料。现已发现具有特殊结构不同化学组成的材料均可表现出骨诱导性,而化学成分相同、结构不同的支架其骨诱导性可能也不同,即生物材料的物理结构较化学成分在骨诱导方面可能起更重要的作用。许多研究表明,材料的微结构在骨诱导中可能起关键作用。就启动材料骨诱导性的关键微结构的研究进展及对材料微结构的骨诱导的可能机制作一综述。

Abstract:Bone tissue engineering offers a promising new approach to regenerate diseased or injured bones. Although great progress has been made in recent decade, there are several problems, of which one is the lack of satisfactory scaffold. The previous studies showed that different biomaterial compositions can induce osseous or osteoid tissue formation, and scaffold with the same chemical composition and different structure, some materials are osteoinductive, others are not, it can be concluded that scaffold structure may be an important factor for osteoinduction. That is, scaffold structure may be an important factor in osteoinduction phenomenon. Recent research demonstrated that scaffold microstructure may play a key role for a material to be osteoinductive. In this article, research progress on key scaffold mierostructure which can switch on osteoinduction and the mechanism is reviewed.
