急诊护理路径对急性心肌梗死抢救效果的影响

摘    要:目的探讨急诊护理路径在急性心肌梗死中的应用效果。方法将200例我院急诊抢救的急性心肌梗死的患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用急诊护理路径,比较两组的急诊停留时间、急诊-球囊扩张时间、抢救效果、并发症、院内再手术率及住院时间。结果观察组的急诊停留时间、急诊-球囊扩张时间、术后并发症、院内再手术率显著少于对照组(P〈0.05)。观察组的抢救成功率、治疗效果显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。两组患者的住院时间无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论急诊护理路径可提高急性心肌梗死的抢救效率,改善近期治疗效果。

Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of emergency nursing path on the rescue effect of patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 200 cases of emergency rescue of acute myocardial infarction patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was treated with emergency nursing path, two groups were compared with emergency residence time, emergency balloon time, saving effect, complications, hospital again operation rate and duration of hospitalization. Results The emergency time emergency balloon time, postoperative complications, hospital and operation in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . The success rate of rescue, treatment effect in observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05) . Two groups of patients hospitalized time had no significant difference (P 〉 0. 05 ) . Conclusions The emergency nursing path can improve the acute myocardial infarction in the rescue efficiency, improve the therapeutic effect.
