| 摘 要： | 目的 研究Artglass垫对磨牙症的临床疗效。方法 对 35例磨牙症患者制作Artglass固定牙合垫 ,随访1年。结果 戴用 1个月停止磨牙率为 37.14% ,戴用 1年停止磨牙率为 48.5 7%。戴用牙合垫后无论时间长短 ,平均每夜磨牙时间减少均极其显著 (P <0 .0 1) ,而且戴用 1年与 1个月相比也具有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 Artglass牙合垫是治疗磨牙症患者的有效方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effect of Artglass occlusal splint on bruxism. Method We made fixed Artglass occlusal splint for 35 bruxism patients, and gave them one-year's follow-up. Result 37.14% patients stopped grinding in a month after installing Artglass occlusal splint, and 48.57% did in one year. The average grinding time each night reduced remarkably (P<0.01) after treatment, and there is also remarkable difference between one year and one month after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion Artglass occlusal splint is one of the effective methods for treating bruxism. |
