45例血清免疫固定电泳检测结果分析

目的：通过免疫固定电泳检测多发性骨髓瘤患者血清特异性单克隆免疫球蛋白（M蛋白）,为多发性骨髓瘤提供诊断依据、进行分型鉴定、并讨论此法对骨髓瘤诊断的意义。方法：对血清蛋白测定有异常或血清蛋白电泳有异常条带的45例患者血清用Sebia电泳仪进行血清免疫固定电泳测定。结果：45例标本中有29例患者免疫固定电泳出现重链伴轻链成分,被确诊为多发性骨髓瘤。结论：免疫固定电泳对多发性骨髓瘤的分型诊断具有重要意义。
