| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨可分离式髌骨爪手术治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折的临床效果。方法：采用可分离式髌骨爪治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折16例,常规切口,术后疼痛消失后早期进行膝功能练习。结果：随访8月～24月,平均14个月,骨折愈合时间8-12周。临床疗效;优10例,良5例,中1例,优良率为93,7%。结论：可分离式髌骨爪是治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折一种良好的固定方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore clinical effects of separated patellar concentrator for patients with comminuted patellar fracture.Methods:16 patients with comminuted patellar fractures were treated with separated patellar concentrator in conventional incision in which early knee functional exercise of all patients was performed after postoperative pain disappeared.Results:16 cases were followed up for 8 months to 24 months,average of 14 months in which fracture healing time was 8 weeks to 12 weeks,excellently clinica... |
