| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨不同治疗方法对儿童肱骨髁上骨折预后效果。方法：对不同类型骨折采用不同方法,分别以手法复位加石膏固定、尺骨鹰嘴牵引、切开内固定手术治疗。结果：178例获得随访,骨折达到骨性愈合,肘关节功能恢复,优良率84.8%。结论：针对不同类型髁上骨折采用不同方法才能满足肘关节功能恢复的要求。
