庆大霉素雾化吸人在慢性咽炎治疗的作用分析

摘    要:摘要目的:通过对200例慢性咽炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,探讨庆大霉素雾化吸入治疗慢性咽炎的临床效果。方法:将2009年-2012年我院耳鼻喉科门诊收治的慢性咽炎患者根据有无使用庆大霉素雾化吸入随机抽取分为2组,治疗组采用中西医结合治疗,加用庆大霉素雾化吸入,对照组采用中西医结合治疗,不用庆大霉素雾化吸入,治疗2周后记录治疗效果,并进行回顾性分析。结果:治疗组患者的临床治疗有效率为84%(84/100),对照组临床治疗有效率为86%(86/100)。治疗组治疗效果与对照组无明显差别(P〉0.05)。结论:慢性咽炎的雾化吸入治疗中是否应用庆大霉素无明显差别。

Gentamicin aerosol inhalation in treatment of chronic pharyngitis effect analysis

Abstract:Objective: To discuss gentamicin aerosol inhalation to treat chronic pharyngitis clinical effect, based on 200 cases of chron- ic pharyngitis patients clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Methods:In 2009 to 2012 in our hospital outpatient department of ENT treated patients with chronic pharyngitis with or without the use of gentamicin aerosol inhalation on randomly divided into two groups, treat- ment group was treated by combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment, combined with gentamicin aerosol inhala- tion, the control group using traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment, without geutamicin aerosol inhalation treatment for 2 weeks after recording, therapeutic effect, and were retrospectively analyzed. Results:Group therapy for patients with the clinical effective rate was 84% ( 84/100 ), the control group the clinical effective rate was 86% ( 86/100 ). The treatment effect in the treatment group and the control group had no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion: Chronic pharyngitis whether application of gentamicin aerosol inhalation treatment had no significant difference.
