裸花紫珠颗粒在微波治疗术后的临床观察

摘    要:目的:观察微波治疗术后应用裸花紫珠颗粒创面愈合的情况。方法:对156例门诊患者,随机分为观察组(80例)和对照组(76例);2组均给予相应的基础治疗,观察组患者,先行应用微波对病灶区进行热凝,于创面的表面外敷裸花紫珠颗粒粉,同时加服裸花紫珠颗粒,每天3次,每次0.6g,连服5天。2组患者于治疗后2周、1个月各复诊1次,观察微波治疗术后创面感染情况、愈合情况及并发症发生情况。结果:1周内创面感染例数观察组2.50%(2/80),对照组9.21%(7/76);2周内术后创面愈合情况观察组93.75%(75/80),对照组80.26%(61/76);1个月后瘢痕愈合例数观察组3.75%(3/80),对照组11.84%(9/76)。观察组无1例发生并发症,对照组并发鼻中隔脓肿1例。结论:裸花紫珠颗粒可以减少微波治疗术后创面感染、加速创面愈合、缩短病程且安全有效。

Callicarpanudiflorae particles in microwave for treatment of postoperative clinical observation

Abstract:Objective:To observe effect of microwave treatment of postoperative application of Callicarpanudiflorae particles in wound healing. Methods :156 cases outpatients, were randomly divided into the observation group (80 cases) and control group (76 cases) ;The two groups were given corresponding foundation treatment; The patients in the observation group, first using the microwave to heat coagula- tion lesion area, to the wound surface with CaUicarpanudiflorae particles powder, At the same time, plus Callicarpanudiflorae particles, three times a day, each time 0.6g, orally for five days. Two groups of patients after treatment for two weeks, a month each consultation time, observation of microwave therapy of postoperative wound infection, healing and complications. Results: Within a week the number of cases of wound infection was observed in group 2.50% (2/80) , control group 9.21% (7/76) ;Two week postoperative wound healing was observed in group 93.75% (75/80) , control group 80.26% (61/76) ; after January the sear healing were observed in group 3.75% (3/80), control group 11.84% (9/76). There were no complications occurred, the control group with nasal septal abscess in 1 cases. Conclusion:Calliearpanudiflorae particles could reduce the microwave treatment of postoperative wound infection, accelerate wound heal- ing, shorten the course of disease is safe and effective.
