Abstract:Keratoacanthoma centrifugam marginatum (KCM) is a rare variant of the Keratoacanthoma (KA) form of squamous cell carcinoma with only 30 cases reported to date. We report a case of KCM arising in a long-standing vitiligo lesion chronically exposed to sunlight. Over years, the vitiligo lesions gradually evolved into sclerotic plaques and subsequently KCM developed in one of the plaques.
