摘    要:目的:考察枸杞对阴虚小鼠的抗疲劳作用.方法:将小鼠随机分成5组,枸杞低、中、高剂量组每天分别ig给予5,10,20 g·kg-1的枸杞水煎液,空白组和模型组则ig给予等体积的蒸馏水,连续ig 14 d,每天1次.除空白组外,其余4组小鼠于第6天给药1h后,分别经SC氢化可的松100 mg·kg-1,连续注射4d.选用已完善的小鼠游泳计算机自动控制系统,观察枸杞对阴虚小鼠自主活动、运动后血乳酸( LAC)和尿素氮(BUN)的影响及枸杞对小鼠游泳计算机自动管理系统的指标评价体系的改变.结果:10,20 g·kg-1枸杞水煎液能明显增加阴虚小鼠自主活动次数(P<0.05),降低运动后的LAC,BUN(P <0.05),并能延长小鼠负重游泳的下沉时间(ST)和死亡时间(TD)(P<0.05).结论:枸杞能提高阴虚小鼠的抗疲劳能力,且从行为学上看主要增加游泳后期的耐力.

Abstract:Objective: To observe the anti-fatigue effect of Lycium barbarum L. on Yin deficiency model mice. Method: Mice were divided randomly into five groups: three treatment groups(L. barbarum orally given for 14 days,5,10,20 g·kg-1 daily),model group and control group. Mice Yin deficiency model was induced by injecting hydrocortisone,The open field test, lactic acid, urea nitrogen and weight-loaded swimming test with computer-aided automatic control system were used to observe actions of L. barbarum. Result: L. barbarum could increase spontaneous motor activity and descended the level of blood lactic acid and blood urea nitrogen in Yin deficiency model mice(P<0.05). The sink time and the death time in 10,20 g·kg-1groups were significantly prolonged as compared with model group(P<0.05). Conclusion: L. barbarum has anti-fatigue effect in Yin-deficiency model mice. It can increase endurance of mice in later period of swimming.
