扁咽口服液提取工艺优选

摘    要:目的:优选扁咽口服液提取工艺.方法:以肉桂酸含量和总含固量为指标,选取加水量、浸泡时间、煎煮时间、煎煮次数等为考察因素,采用正交试验法优选扁咽口服液提取工艺.结果:扁咽口服液的最佳提取工艺为料液比1∶10,浸泡1h,煎煮2次,每次2h.结论:优选的提取工艺合理可行.

Abstract:Objective:To optimize extraction process of Bianyan oral liquid.Method: With the content of cinnamic acid and total solids as indexes,orthogonal test was used to optimize extraction technology of Bianyan oral liquid with amount of water,soaking time,decocting time,boiling times as factors.Result: Optimum extraction technology was:soaked 1 h with solid-liquid ratio 1∶10,decocted 2 times with 2 h per time.Conclusion: Optimized extraction process was reasonable and feasible.
