摘    要:引用26篇参考文献,对国内外干法制粒技术的发展状况进行归纳.通过采集模型药品样本,建立颗粒得率的标准回归方程,应用多元线性回归分析方法考察浸膏粉的休止角、压缩度、黏聚力、含水量等物理性质和制粒工艺中的送料速度、滚轮转速、滚轮压力等参数与颗粒剂得率的相关关系.针对成形率低的物料,以一次成形率为考察指标,正交试验筛选辅料配比;结合干法制粒机技术参数,从统计学角度系统分析影响中药浸膏粉干法制粒的可行性与高效性的主要因素,为干压制粒技术在中药品种中的应用提供参考.

Abstract:This article referred to 26 references,to summarized development of dry granulation technology at home and abroad.Standard regression equation of yield of particle was established by collecting model drug samples, correlation among yield of particle with physical properties of extract powder and technology parameters were investigated by multiple linear regression,such as angle of repose,compression degree,cohesive force,moisture content,roller pressure and roller speed and so on.With a molding rate as index,orthogonal test was used to optimize ratio of accessories for materials with low forming rate;combined with technical parameters of dry granulating machine,main factors of feasibility and efficient were analyzed from statistical point,which influenced dry granulation of Chinese medicine,so as to provide reference for dry granulation technology in traditional Chinese medicine.
