| 摘 要： | 24例犬开胸直视下选择性冠状动脉造影,能清楚地显示冠状动脉的形态及分布,通过微量直流电刺激,促使冠状动脉内血栓形成,随即造影并分组应用溶栓药物,从而观察溶栓药物对心肌梗塞的疗效。

| Abstract: | After opening the chest of 24 dogs and by direct vision, the morpholo- gy and distribution of the coronary artery can clearly been seen using selective coronary arteriography. Technique of microdosage direct-current electricity to irritate adventitia of coronary artery was used to induce coronary thrombosis. Thrombolytic effects of the svate and UK on canine coronary thrombosis was investigeted by coronary arteriography. |
