| 摘 要： | 目的通过分析慢性胰腺炎与胰腺癌的CT征象,探讨其二者的主要鉴别点,从而提高对慢性胰腺炎与胰腺癌的鉴别诊断。方法对已经过临床确诊的32例胰腺癌和45例慢性胰腺炎的患者的CT直接与间接征象进行回顾性分析。结果患者的CT直接与间接征象联系起来可以区别诊断胰腺癌和慢性胰腺炎。结论CT影像学为鉴别慢性胰腺炎与胰腺癌的有力方法,关键在于对其直接与间接征象联系起来并进行全面分析,并结合临床,以提高对两者的诊断准确率。
