结肠造口并发症的防治(附295例报告)

目的探讨对结肠造口并发症的预防和治疗.方法回顾295例结肠造口术者的临床资料,分析造口肠管坏死,造口狭窄、回缩,造瘘口感染,内疝,造口旁疝等并发症的发生原因及治疗方法.结果本组295例中254例无术后并发症,41例术后出现并发症,其中造口肠管坏死3例,造口狭窄9例,造口旁疝7例,造口肠管回缩1例,内疝梗阻2例,切口感染15例,造口周围感染4例.结论结肠造口的并发症部分是由于外科技术上的原因,大多可以预防.

The prevention and treatment of the complications of colostomy

Objective To study the prevention and treatmenr of complications of colostomy. Methods 295 colostomies of the past 14 years were reviewed, 156 were male and 139 were female. The mean age was 58.9 years ranged from 20 to 88 years. The incidence and method of treatment of stomal necrosis, stomal retraction stomal stenosis, peristomal dermatitis, bowel obstruction, peristomal hernia were analyzed. Results The complications of colostomy were mainly due to technical factors and could be prevented. Conclusions The patients with colostomy has increased in recent years. It is essential to improve the surgical technique to minimizes it's complications.
