远程胎儿监护的质量控制

目的研究在远程胎儿监护中实施质量控制对胎儿远程监护质量的影响。方法对112例在家使用远程监护仪的孕妇进行追踪观察和分析。对照组52例孕妇在远程监护中给予传统的使用指导及方法,实验组60例孕妇除给予传统的指导外,还进行质量控制措施。对2组的监护结果进行对比分析。结果实验组孕妇对远程胎儿监控知识知晓率、孕妇对远程胎儿监控计划完成的满意度,以及传输结果的合格率均较对照组有显著性提高。结论重视对远程监护孕妇的培训,实施质量控制,能显著地提高监护质量。

Quality control on long-distance fetal heart rate monitoring

Objective To study the effect of quality control on long-distance fetal heart rate monitoring.Methods 112 pregnant women who used the maternal and fetal monitor were traced,observed and analyzed.52 cases of them,from January to December in 2005,only received the traditional guidance and method.60 cases of them,from January to December in 2006,received not only the traditional guidance,but also the measures of quality control.The results of the two groups were contrasted and analyzed.Results In pregnant women of the experiment group,the levels of knowledge of long-distance fetal monitoring,the satisfaction degree of completion of monitoring plan,and the ratio of qualified results were significantly higher than those in pregnant women of the control group.Conclusions To think highly of training for pregnant women and measures of quality control can significantly increase the quality of monitoring.
