| 摘 要： | 我国加入WTO后，护理工作在医院内部的竞争压力增大，护士自主能力加强，人才竞争加剧。针对这些形势，应采取的护理措施：（1）全力推进护理管理体制的转轨；（2）提高护理业务能力和改善服务态度；（3）实施人才战略。使护理工作适应市场的需求和变化，促进我国护理工作的进一步发展。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the authors report that China's entry to WTO has brought out the increase of internal competition in hospitals,growth in nurse's initiative ability and keen competition of talents.The changes urge us to execute nursing countermeasures,which include(1)transformation of nursing management system;(2)improvement of nursing profession and service attitudes;(3)execution of talent strategies,for the purpose of aiming nursing at the needs of market to push nursing to another step. |
