| 摘 要： | 目的：从荆芥叶中提取挥发油，并测定其含量。方法：运用微波技术对荆芥叶中挥发油的含量进行测定。结果：测得荆芥叶中挥发油的含量为1.10%。结论：首次运用微波技术从荆芥中提取挥发油，提取速度大大加快，收率提高。

| Abstract: | Objective:To extract and determine naphtha in leaf of Schizonepeta tenuifolia . Methods: Apply microwave extraction in determinating content of naphtha in leaf of Schizonepeta tenuifolia . Results: Reaction shorten 15 times, the naphtha content is 1.10 %.Conclusion: Microwave technology applied in naphtha of Schizonepeta tenuifolia has been obtained for the first time. |
