| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨Fascin-1和MMP-1在喉鳞状细胞癌(LSCC)和癌旁组织中的表达及意义。方法:免疫组化SP法检测50例喉鳞状细胞癌及其癌旁0.5cm、1.0cm、2.0cm组织中Fascin-1和MMP-1的表达情况,并分析两者的关系。结果:Fascin-1在喉鳞癌中的表达及癌旁0.5cm、1.0cm及2.0cm的黏膜中表达率依次降低,分别为80.0%、27.5%、22.5%、4.0%,除了癌旁0.5组与癌旁1.0组,癌旁1.0组与癌旁2.0组差别无统计学意义之外(P>0.008),其余各组间差别均有统计学意义(P<0.008)。MMP-1在喉癌癌旁0.5cm、1.0cm及2.0cm的表达率依次降低,分别为85.0%、35.0%、17.5%、5.0%,除了癌旁0.5组与癌旁1.0组,癌旁1.0与癌旁2.0差别无统计学意义之外(P>0.008),其余各组间差别均有统计学意义(P<0.008)。喉鳞癌中Fascin-1蛋白的表达与癌的外科切缘,临床分期,肿瘤分化程度及淋巴结转移相关,与性别和年龄无关。MMP-1蛋白表达同样与癌的外科切缘,临床分期,肿瘤的分化程度及淋巴结转移相关,与性别和年龄无关。二者的表达呈正相关(P<0.001)。结论:Fascin-1和MMP-1在喉鳞癌侵袭和转移中发挥重要作用,二者联合检测可能成为预测喉鳞癌预后的生物学指标,并为以Fascin-1和MMP-1为靶点的癌症治疗提供了思路。
