| 摘 要： | 就近年来有关针灸在恶性肿瘤治疗中的应用的文献进行总结,分析针灸在缓解癌性疼痛、改善放化疗不良反应、提高机体免疫力等方面的疗效,探讨针灸在恶性肿瘤治疗中的作用,为临床研究提供参考依据。通过对文献中的针灸方法、疗效判断、试验方法、实验结果等资料的分析,认为针灸在缓解癌性疼痛、改善放化疗后不良反应、提高机体免疫力等方面有一定效果,但针灸治疗恶性肿瘤在介入时机、相关疗法的综合应用、刺激强度、留针时间及作用机理等方面有待进一步研究。
