| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨非小细胞肺癌(肺癌)中磷酸化糖原合成酶激酶-3β(PGSK-3β)和C-myc的表达与临床病理的关系。方法:运用免疫组化法检测90例肺癌PGSK-3β、C-myc的表达水平。结果:肺腺癌PGSK-3β阳性率明显高于鳞癌(P<0.05),临床Ⅲ-Ⅳ期阳性率显著高于Ⅰ-Ⅱ期(P<0.05)。肺癌中、低分化组C-myc阳性率显著高于高分化组(P<0.05)。结论:PGSK-3β促进肺癌的演进过程,与肺癌的分化、分期相关。肺癌中C-myc高表达是肺癌发生中的常见分子事件,与癌细胞分化有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the expression of glycogen synthase kinase-3beta(GSK-3β)and C-myc in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) and evaluate their relationship with clinic pathological factors.Methods: The expressions of PGSK-3β and C-myc were examined by immunohistochemical technique in 90 cases with NSCLC.Results: The positive rate of PGSK-3β in adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than in squamous cell lung cancer(P<0.05).The positive rate of PGSK-3β of patients in clinical III-IV stage was significantly higher than that inⅠ-II stage(P<0.05).The positive rates of C-myc in the groups with moderate and poor differentiation were significantly higher than the group with well differentiation(P<0.05).Conclusion: PGSK-3β promotes the development of lung cancer,and is correlated with differentiation and clinical stage.The over expression of C-myc is a common molecular case,and correlates with differentiation. |
