| 摘 要： | 目的:了解骨肿瘤患者的心理状况,探讨其心理干预措施。方法:2008年12月至2010年6月间对118例骨肿瘤患者应用症状自评量表和自行设计的情感障碍相关因素调查表进行问卷调查。结果:骨肿瘤患者躯体化、焦虑、抑郁因子得分均明显高于全国常模;影响骨肿瘤患者情感障碍的因素前四位依次为:保留肢体效果与现实差距(94.1%),对疾病知识、治疗方法不了解(92.6%),对治疗缺乏信心(87.2%),担心住院费用高负担重(78.4%)。结论:骨肿瘤患者存在明显的焦虑、抑郁等不良心理问题。针对影响骨肿瘤患者情感障碍的因素,护理中应该采取心理干预措施,积极沟通,采用多形式的健康知识宣教,使患者了解骨肿瘤疾病及相关知识,消除紧张、焦虑、抑郁等负性心理反应,营造积极乐观的治疗氛围。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the psychological state of patients with bone tumors,and to explore the psychological interventions.Methods: Total of 118 cases were selected from 2008 to 2010 to complete the Symptom Checklist Questionnaire and self-designed questionnaire.Results: Somatization,anxiety and depression scores of bone tumor patients were significantly higher than that of the national norm.The top four factors which affect disorders in bone tumors were:gap between expectation and result of limb salvage(94.1%)... |
