拔尿管前膀胱冲洗预防尿潴留的临床观察

目的 :改进开颅手术留置尿管病人拔除尿管的方法 ,预防尿潴留的发生。方法 :将 10 0例开颅术后清醒病人随机分为实验组 5 0例 ,对照组 5 0例。实验组拔除尿管前先行膀胱冲洗 ,对照组按常规方法拔除导尿管。结果 :实验组有 48例拔除尿管后可自行排尿 ,对照组有 39例拔除尿管后可自行排尿 ,两组比较有显著性差异 (χ2 =7.16 ,P <0 .0 1) ;拔除尿管后首次自行排尿时间 ,实验组 2 .15± 1.0 9h ,对照组 3.31± 1.35h ,两组比较有显著性差异 (t =3.30 ,P <0 .0 1) ;拔除尿管后 4h内排尿时收缩压无明显变化 ,而 >4h则收缩压升高 2～ 4kPa。结论 :对开颅手术留置尿管的病人先行膀胱冲洗后再拔除尿管 ,可有效预防拔除尿管后尿潴留的发生

A Clinical observation for the prevention of uroschesis by irrigation of urinary bladder before pulling out bladder catheter

Objective: To prevent urioschesis by altering the method of pulling out bladder catheter for the patients with bladder catheter after craniotomy. Method: 100 conscious patients were randomly divided into experiment group and control group.Before pulling out the catheter,Irrigation of urinary bladder was performed in advance in the experimental group.Result: The self-miction rate of two groups was different ( P <0.01).Conclusion: Irrigation of urinary bladder is necessarily before pulling out the catheter for the patients after craniotomy.
