| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨螺旋CT三维成像在颧骨、颧弓骨折中的诊断及临床应用价值。方法 对26例颌面部外伤疑有颧骨、颧弓骨折患者进行螺旋CT薄层扫描和三维重建成像，并对结果进行分析。结果 螺旋CT三维成像能够立体地显示骨折的部位、形态、骨折块移位特点和类型等空间信息。结论 螺旋CT三维成像对于颧骨、颧弓骨折具有重要临床诊断及应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the diagnostic value of three_dimensional(3D)helical CT imaging in the cases of zygomatic bone and zygomatic arch fractures and to discuss the clinical value of 3D images.(Methods)26 patients with zygomatic bone and zygomatic arch fractures were examined with thin_slice CT scan and 3D reconstruction.Results The location,shape and displacement of fragment of zygomatic bone and zygomatic arch fractures were demonstrated stereoscopically through 3D images reconstructed from helical CT.Conclusion 3D helical CT imaging can provide valuable information in demonstrating the space relationship of zygomatic bone and zygomatic arch fractures. |
