湖南省健康人群乙肝抗体水平及新生儿乙肝疫苗免疫成功率监测研究

目的了解湖南省健康人群乙肝抗体水平及新生儿乙肝疫苗全程合格接种后的免疫效果,为制定湖南省乙肝免疫策略提供科学依据。方法随机选择长沙市、衡阳市68名新生儿、455名健康人群,采用放射免疫法检测乙肝病毒表面抗体(抗-HBs)。结果在68名新生儿全程接种乙肝疫苗后,抗-HBs阳性率达85.29%;健康人群抗-HBs阳性率平均为72.06%,各年龄组间抗-HBs阳性率的差异有统计学意义;在有免疫接种史的人群中,各年龄组抗体均值的差异有统计学意义。结论在15岁以下人群中抗-HBs阳性率有随着年龄的增加其抗体含量下降的趋势;新生儿乙肝疫苗免疫成功率有待进一步提高。

Monitoring Study of Hepatitis B Antibodies in Healthy Population and Immune Successful Rate of Hepatitis B Vaccine in Infants in Hunan

Objective To understand the situation of hepatitis B antibodies in healthy population and the immune-effects of infants inoculated with eligible full-course hepatitis B vaccines in Hunan Province,and to provide the scientific evidence for formulating the immunization strategy of hepatitis B vaccine.Methods With a cluster sampling,68 infants and 455 healthy individuals were selected in Changsha and Hengyang.The radioimmunoassay was used to detect the anti-HBs.Results The positive rate of anti-HBs reached 85.29% in 68 infants and 72.06% in 455 healthy individuals.There were statistically significant differences in the anti-HBs rates of different age groups among the healthy population.Among these people who inoculated hepatitis B vaccines,there were statistically significant differences in the mean values of anti-HBs in different age groups.Conclusions The anti-HBs positive rate of the children under 15 years old declined with the increasing age.The immune successful rate of hepatitis B vaccine among infants should be improved.
