| 摘 要： | 目的:寻找护患纠纷的原因及对策,减少急诊输液室护患纠纷行之有效的措施。方法:将37例随机分为护士因素组和其他因素组进行原因分析和总结,同时就其发生原因给予相应对策,加强医德医风教育,改善服务态度,加强安全教育,强化法律意识,加强岗位培训,加强工作责任心,严格遵守三查七对制度,耐心解释,适时做好宣传教育。结果:护患纠纷的发生有多种因素,具有不可预测性和突发性,如能认真分析其产生的原因,采取行之有效的措施,护理纠纷完全可以得到行之有效预防和及时化解。
