铜针结合硬化剂栓塞治疗血管瘤

目的：探讨血管瘤的治疗方法并评价其疗效。方法：将铜针刺入血管瘤瘤体内，通电：然后将硬化剂注入瘤体；术后加压包扎。结果：共治疗血管瘤16例。5例行单纯铜针治疗，其中2例瘤体坏死明显，体积明显缩小；3例瘤体坏死不明显。14例(其中包括3例行单纯铜针治疗效果不佳者)行铜针结合硬化剂栓塞治疗，其中11例瘤体明显坏死，体积明显缩小或消失；3例瘤体缩小不超过50％，后行手术切除；2例复发行再次铜针结合硬化剂栓塞治疗，无任何严重并发症。结论：铜针结合硬化剂栓塞治疗血管瘤是一种简单、安全有效的方法．

Treatment for vascular tumour by copper needle combine sclerosing agent embolism

Objective: To evaluate the methods and effect the treatment for vascular tumour. Methods: Stab the tumor with a needle, electrify the needle; then inject the sclerosing agent into the tumour; press it with bandage. Results: 16 cases were treated. 5 cases were treated by copper needle, in which 2 cases have obvious necroses and reduction; 3 tumours reduced not significant; 14 cases(included the 3 cases) were treated by the combining treatment. 11 cases got beyond 50%, and they were resected by the operation; 2 relapsed cases were cured by the combined method.All the cases have no ang serious complications. Conclusion: Copper needle combine sclerosing agent embolism is a simple, safe and effective method to treat vascular tumour.
