| 摘 要： | 目的 为了解我区非溶血性输血反应的发生情况。方法 对我区部分医院5356例次输血中出现的非溶血性输血反应进行调查分析。结果 非溶血性输血反应占17．6％（942／5356），其中发热反应63．3％（596／942），过敏反应36．7％（346／942）。结论 非溶血性输血反应与性别、输血次数、血成分制品及受血者过敏体质等有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To find out incidence of non-hemolytic transfusion reactions. Methods A study of non-hemolytic transfusion reactions was carried out on 942 cases among 5356 transfusion in own hospital. Results The incidence of non-hemolytic transfusion reactions was 17.6%(942/5356) with feverish reaction 63.3%(596/942) and allergic reaction 36.7% (346/942). Conclusions The non-hemolytic transfusion reactions was related with sex?numbers of transfusion?blood products and the allergic constitutions of recipient. |
