| 摘 要： | 目前心脑血管疾病是导致人类死亡的主要病因,血小板的激活和聚集在其形成过程中起到核心作用。大量临床实践发现,不同个体对抗血小板药物的反应有着较大差异,有的患者甚至出现对这些药物产生抵抗的现象。研究表明,遗传因素是导致抗血小板药物疗效产生个体差异的重要原因之一。该综述概述了国内外对抗血小板药物在遗传药理学方面的最新研究进展。
