| 摘 要： | 用中药养阴法治疗先兆子痫100例,其中轻度24例,重度76例,有效率为97％,与同期西药治疗先兆子痫50例比较,其疗效差异有显著性(P<0.01)。中药治疗对降压及自觉症状均有明显改善,无一例发生子痫。凡从阴道分娩的病例,产后出血量均在正常范围,由此可见,中医养阴法治疗妊娠高血压综合征是有效的。

| Abstract: | 100 cases of preeclampsia were treated with TCM--Yangyin method. Among them 24 cases were mild, the other 73 cases were scrious. The total effective rate was 97%. The clinical curative effect of the former 100 cases were better than the other 5) cases treated with western medcine (P<0.01). A marked improvement was found in blood pressure, oedema, proteinuria and general condition of the patient. No one had eclampsia, and uterine bleeding was in normal limits at postpartum. This shows, TCM--Yaugyin method is a better treatmnt for toxemia of prcgnancy. |
