齐拉西酮与利培酮治疗精神分裂症对照研究

目的评价齐拉西酮对精神分裂症的疗效。方法 82例精神分裂症患者,随机分为齐拉西酮组与利培酮组,每组41例,分别给予齐拉西酮和利培酮治疗8周,采用阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）和治疗中出现的症状量表（TESS）评定疗效和不良反应。结果齐拉西酮组和利培酮组疗效相仿,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。齐拉西酮组的不良反应显著少于利培酮组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论齐拉西酮是一种安全有效的抗精神病药物。

Comparative study of ziprasidone and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia

Objective Evaluate the efficacy of ziprasidone for schizophrenia.Methods 82 cases of schizophrenia,randomly assigned to ziprasidone group and risperidone group with 41 cases in each,were treated with ziprasidone and risperidone for 8 weeks respectively.The efficacy and adverse reactions were evaluated by the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale（PANSS） and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale（TESS）.Results Ziprasidone group and risperidone group had similar efficacy（P 〈0.05）.The adverse reactions of ziprasidone group were significantly less than that of risperidone group（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Ziprasidone is a safe and effective antipsychotic.
