彩色多普勒超声误诊肾实质占位性病变分析

摘    要:目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声误诊肾实质占位性病变的原因。方法 对彩色多普勒超声误诊的 3 2个肾实质占位性病变的大小、边缘形态、内部回声及内部血供情况进行回顾分析。结果 误诊病灶中 <3cm的病灶 2 6个 ,高回声型病灶 2 0个 ,无血供型或少血供型病灶 3 0个 ,边缘有低回声晕者 12个。结论 彩色多普勒超声对 <3cm、高回声、无血供和少血供型肾实质占位性病变误诊率大 ,需注意观察声晕和结合增强CT ,可减少误诊

Abstract:Objective To study the causes of misdiagnosis of renal mass by color Doppler Ultrasound.Method The ultrasonic images of 32 renal masses misdiagnosed by ultrasound were studied retrospectively for observing its size,shape,margin,echo and blood supply.Result Among the 32 misdiagnosed renal masses,26 masses were less than 3 cm in diameter,20 masses were hyperechoic,30 masses had fewer or no blood flow signals,12 masses had an anechoic halo around it.Conclusion When the renal mass is less than 3 cm in diameter and shows to be hyperechoic with no blood flow signals in it,it is easy for us to misdiagnose it.Observing carefully the halo around it and combining the results of enhanced CT can reduce the misdiagnosis rate.
