天津市药品不良反应公众认知度调查报告分析

目的了解公众对药品不良反应认知的现状,为相关单位和部门提供信息依据和参考。方法2006年7月至2007年6月间对参加"公众用药安全"科普讲座活动的到场公众进行了随机调查,并对信息完整的2746份调查表进行分析。结果发放调查表3000份,回收2890份,信息完整资料2746份。参加讲座活动的大部分是中老年人,88.5%对广告宣传的药品持怀疑和否定的态度,80.3%对药品不良反应的概念及相关知识认识不足。结论公众希望政府加大药品监管力度,保证上市药品质量,治理虚假广告,及时公布药品安全信息,经常宣传科学合理用药知识,为公众安全用药提供可靠的保障。

Investigation and Analysis of Public Cognition for ADR in Tianjin

Objective To analyze the current situation of the public cognition for Adverse Drug Reac-tion(ADR),provide scientific basis for the work of the related departments and units.Methods From July 2006 to June 2007,Tianjin Center for ADR Monitoring have held popular science lecture named "The safe medication of the public" and then done the stochastic investigation.Totally 2 890 ques-tionnaires were collected and 2 746 of them were qualified and then were analyzed.Results The people attending the lectures almost were middle aged and old person.A majority of them hold the suspicious and negative attitude for the advertisements of durgs,most of them have deficient knowl-edge of the concept of ADR and other related information.Conclusion The public hope that the government should enhance the supervisal and management,ensure the good quality of the drug,ban the illusive advertisement,publicize the information about safe medication timely and frequently.
