综合治疗在难治性软组织肉瘤的运用

目的：对软组织肉瘤特别是对于难治性病例施行综合治疗的合理性进行探讨。材料与方法：以我院１９９３年６月～１９９７年１２月间所收治的难治性病例为研究对象，对多模式的综合治疗方式进行分析。结果：疗效是肯定的，更重要的是保存了患者的肢体，提高了治疗后的生存质量，但远期效果有待进一步观察。结论：综合治疗有其理论依据，并为临床实践所证实。为进一步提高疗效及降低截肢率，我们初步制定了软组织恶性肿瘤的治疗规范。

Combination therapy for the refractory soft tissue sarcomas

Purpose: In order to study the rationality of the combination therapy for the soft tissue sarcomas, 20 refractory cases were analyzed retrospectively. Materials and Methods: From June 1993 to December 1997, 20 patients with refractory sarcoma were treated by combination therapy. The treatment modalities were evaluated. Results: Curative effect are marked. It is most important that the parient's limbs were retained, so improved live conditions of the patients. But, final effect needs further observing. Conclusion: Combination therapy for the patients of the sarcoma is rational, especially directed refractory one. In order to further improve prognosis and reduce the rate of cutting limbs, treatment rules for the sarcomas have been established by us.
