戊二醛对大肠杆菌O157:H7杀灭效果及影响因素的研究

摘    要:研究戊二醛对大肠杆菌O157:H7的杀灭效果及其影响因素,采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法进行了实验室观察。结果,以含150 mg/L戊二醛的消毒液对大肠杆菌O157:H7作用9 m in,平均杀灭率为99.996%。在150 mg/L戊二醛浓度下,测得杀灭大肠杆菌O157:H7的D值为2.63 m in、浓度系数1.11、温度系数为1.54。将含戊二醛150mg/L的溶液pH值调整为5、7、9时,作用5 m in,平均杀灭率分别为96.54%、99.82%、100%。菌悬液中含20%以上小牛血清对含150 mg/L戊二醛杀灭该株大肠杆菌的效果有明显影响。结论,戊二醛消毒剂对大肠杆菌O157:H7杀灭效果明显受其浓度、作用时间、作用温度及有机物含量的影响。

Abstract:In order to study the efficacy of glutaraldehyde in killing Escherichia coli O157:H7 and its influencing factors,suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to carry out laboratory observation.Results: The average killing rate of E.coli O157:H7 exposed to the disinfection solution containing glutaraldehyde 150 mg/L for 9 min was 99.99%.When glutaraldehyde at concentration of 150 mg/L was used,the D value for killing E.coli O157:H7 was measured to be 2.63 min,the concentration coefficient was 1.11 and the temperature coefficient was 1.54.When the pH value of the solution containing glutaraldehyde 150 mg/L was adjusted to 5,7 and 9,the average killing rates of the bacteria were 96.54%,99.82% and 100% respectively after 5 min contact.Over 20% calf serum in the bacterial suspension significantly influenced the efficacy of the solution containing glutaraldehyde 150 mg/L in killing this strain of E.coli.Conclusion: The efficacy of glutaraldehyde disinfectant in killing E.coli O157:H7 was significantly influenced by its concentration,contact time,temperature and organic substance content.
