推拿整脊复位治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床分析

目的:观察推拿整脊复位治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效并进行临床分析。方法:按就诊的顺序随机收治60例患者作为治疗组并随机收治30例患者作为对照组,观察两组的疗效,进行统计学分析。结果:治疗组的治愈率及总有效率与对照组比较有显著的统计学差异,治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:推拿整脊治疗能提高椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。

The Clinical Analysis on Treating Cervical Spondylotic Vertebral Arteriopathy Using Massage Spine's Manupulation

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect with clinical analysis using traditional Chinese Massage and Spine's Manupulation to treat cervical spondylotic vertebral arteriopathy.Method:A method based on completely random divided design was used on the clinical study.We observed 90 cases that were divided into two groups,which 60 cases were treated groups with massage and Spine's Manupulation.and 30 cases treated with other treatment.After one or two courses of treatment,we compared the curative effect and analysed staxixcs.Results:There was promiat different in both groups,the result of Chinese Massage and Spine's Manupulation was significant.Conclusion:Using massage and Spine's Manupulation can exhence treating cervical spondylotic vertebral arteriopathy.
