两种不同病因不孕症保守与腹腔镜治疗疗效分析

目的：探讨保守治疗或腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管性不孕、卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿不孕患者的疗效。方法：对189例不孕女性,按病因分为两组：输卵管性不孕者107例,卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿不孕者82例,输卵管性不孕者又分为两组,其中43例行超声引导下输卵管通液术,64例行腹腔镜手术,卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿不孕者亦分为两组,其中42例行超声引导下穿刺,40例行腹腔镜手术,术后进行随访,监测宫内妊娠率。结果：输卵管性不孕者两组妊娠率分别为30.2%、54.7%（P〈0.05）,;卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿不孕者两组妊娠率分别为47.6%、70.0%（P〈0.05）。结论：腹腔镜手术可以有效地治疗输卵管性不孕、卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿。

Analysis of two Different Etiological Factor of Infertility after Laparoscope or Expectant Treatment

Objective： To explore the curative effect of laparoscope or expectant treatment in treatment of tubal infertility, endometrioid ovarian cyst with infertility. Methods： Divide 189 patients with infertility into two groups by etiological factor： 107 cases of tubal infertility, 82 cases of endometrioid ovarian cyst with infertility. Divide 107 cases of tubal infertility into two groups, among the total, 43 cases are treated with hydrotubation under ultrasonic guidance, 64 cases are operated by laparoscope. Divide 82 cases of endometrioid ovarian cyst with infertility into two groups, among the total, 42 cases are treated with centesis under ultrasonic guidance, 40 cases are operated by laparoscope. Follow up and monitor the pregnancy rate. Results： Pregnancy rate of the two groups of tubal infertility are 30.2% and 54.7%（P〈0.05）; pregnancy rate of the two groups of endometrioid ovarian cyst with infertility are 47.6% and 70.0%（P〈0.05）; Conclusion： Laparoscopy is effective intreatment of tubal infertility, endometrioid ovarian cyst with infertility.
