加味八珍汤治疗气血亏虚型肺癌癌因性疲乏的效果研究

目的：探讨加味八珍汤治疗气血亏虚型肺癌癌因性疲乏的效果。方法：选取成都新都东立中医医院、兴文县中医医院及四川省中西医结合医院收治的64例气血亏虚型肺癌患者，随机分组法分为观察和对照两组，各32例。对照组给予西医常规治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上联合加味八珍汤治疗。比较两组患者治疗后卡氏评分（KPS）评分改善情况、治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群及中医症候积分。结果：观察组治疗后KPS评分改善率为46.88%（15/32）高于对照组KPS评分改善率21.88%（7/32）（P<0.05）；观察组患者治疗后CD3+（63.85±5.24）%高于对照组CD3+（57.35±3.20）%、CD4+（39.63±4.47）%高于对照组CD4+（34.52±3.26）%、CD4+/CD8+（2.06±0.41）高于对照组CD4+/CD8+（1.75±0.25）（P均<0.05）；观察组治疗后中医证后积分为（11.26±1.25）分低于对照组（18.62±2.58）分（P<0.05）。结论：加味八珍汤治疗联合常规治疗气血亏虚性肺癌癌因性疲乏患者能有效提高生活质量及免疫功能，缓解临床症状，值得临床推广。

Effect of Modified Bazhen Decoction on Cancer-related Fatigue of Lung Cancer with Deficiency of Qi and Blood

Objective To explore the effect of modified Bazhen decoction on cancer-related fatigue of lung cancer with deficiency of qi and blood. Methods Sixty-four patients with lung cancer of Deficiency of Qi and Blood admitted to Chengdu Xindu Dongli Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, Xingwen County Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and Sichuan integrated traditional and Western medicine hospital included in the observation group (n=32) and the control group (n=32) by a random number table. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine for radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and the observation group was treated with modified Bazhen Decoction on this basis. The improvement of KPS score, T lymphocyte score and TCM symptom score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The KPS score improvement rate was higher in the observation group than the control group 46.88% (15/32) vs.(21.88% (7/32)) (p<0.05); After treatment, CD3+(63.85 ± 5.24)%, CD4+(39.63 ± 4.47)%, CD4+/CD8+(2.06 ± 0.41) and CD4+/CD8+(1.75 ± 0.25) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (57.35 ± 3.20)%, 39.63 ± 4.47%, 34.52 ± 3.26)%, and 2.06 ± 0.41 respectively (P<0.05); After treatment, the score of TCM syndrome was lower in the observation group than the control group (11.26 ± 1.25) vs. (18.62 ± 2.58)] (p<0.05).Conclusions Modified Bazhen Decoction combined with conventional treatment can effectively improve the quality of life and immune function of patients with cancer-related fatigue of lung cancer due to deficiency of qi and blood, and alleviate clinical symptoms, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
