| 摘 要： | 目的：总结顺腋纹小切口超薄皮瓣腋臭根治术的围手术期的护理方法。方法：从2006年1月～2008年4月,对49例患者从心理护理、宣教、术中配合、病情观察和术后护理等方面,总结探讨该护理方法对提高手术效率、减少术后并发症的重要性。结果：术后1～12月随访,49例患者均Ⅰ期愈合,切口极其隐蔽,切口瘢痕呈线状细小,腋臭气味均消失,无一例并发症发生。结论：顺腋纹小切口超薄皮瓣法腋臭根治术,微创、安全、效果好。加强围手术期护理,可以提高手术效率,避免术后并发症的发生。
